What about meeting in an air-conditioned carpeted meeting room for a few hours then going and playing 9 holes of Pitch and Putt (45 minutes) or 9 holes of golf (1.5 hours) followed by a self cooked BBQ lunch. Sure beats the lobby route.
Your program could commence at 6.30am with golf, breakfast and then the meeting, or be a late afternoon affair, with a meeting at 2pm for a couple of hours, 9 holes of pitch and putt followed by a couple of cold beverages watching the sun go down. Your choice.
